The Role

This role will require you to relocate to Bega or local area in NSW. Join our passionate production team at Bega on the Far South Coast of NSW , where we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality dairy products enjoyed across Australia. You’ll be part of a supportive, safety-focused and collaborative team that keeps our manufacturing operations running smoothly every day.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and equipment safely in line with procedures and standards
  • Deliver production activities to meet daily and weekly schedules and targets
  • Perform quality checks and follow work instructions to ensure product specifications are met
  • Monitor machines and processes, identifying and escalating issues promptly
  • Support a positive team culture through communication, collaboration and continuous improvement

About You

  • Strong awareness of workplace health and safety standards
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and quality requirements
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality products
  • Mechanical aptitude or previous exposure to manufacturing, trade or production environments
  • Clear communicator who works well in a team, shows reliability, flexibility and a willingness to learn
  • Experience in food manufacturing environment is highly desirable  
  • Willing to work a 24/5, 24/6 or 24/7 rotating roster, covering day, afternoon, and night shifts
  • Knowledge of HACCP and GMP principles
  • Relocation support may be eligible for suitable candidates
